experience, improvement initiatives are only successful if led from within a
business. For this to be cost effective you must be able to perform efficient
self-assessment of the business processes you use. The
techniques we use are designed to accommodate the maturity of your management
system, eg. if you do not have a process-based Quality Management System, we
can assist you in defining and prioritising your business processes. We
provide consultancy and training in Process Self-Assessment for process
improvement using a methodology which is compliant to ISO 15504 (SPICE). This
can be used for Software Process Improvement, Supplier Assessment or Supplier
