Todays'
Software - a perspective Software
is the key differentiator of the products and services supplied by many
companies. If you look at the 'whole life cost' of a software product or
particularly a service, the cost of poor quality software can be very high.
Estimates of the cost of software maintenance range from 45 to 75% of the
whole life cost (depending upon the source and how maintenance is defined -
J.Foster, 1997). Our aim is to enable you, by process improvement, to control
these costs. How
we work Our ethos
is to work with you, not for you. From our experience - sustained process
improvement cannot be imposed from outside, either by consultants or the
customer. It has to come from within the company for it to be accepted and
effectively implemented. For details see our CEO slide show "CEO Introduction to Process Improvement for
Software and IT" or contact us. Why
